Selected as one of the most Inspiring Architecture Photography

LOOP has selected Kris Provoost as one of the most inspiring photographers specialising in Architecture.

A photo taken at K11’s Art and Cultural Centre has been included in the virtual exhibition.

After a career as an architect for a decade, Kris refocused his career and specialised in Architectural Photography. Since establishing himself as a photographer in 2019, he has worked with a wide range of architects, interior designer, developers and engineers to photograph their projects. Over the years he has published different personal projects, most notably Beautified China, that has been widely shared globally in Vogue, Architectural Digest, CNN and others. The best of Beautified China has been included in a book publication ‘Beautified China, The Architectural Revolution’

Centricity Flex - Hongkong Land

Hongkong Land has introduced its new concept ‘Centricity Flex’ in Edinburgh Tower, Central.

This new concept is new space for Hongkong Land’s tenants. Its features flexible workspace, as well as several meeting rooms and an outlet of Catch & Go, a restaurant/bar.

Time Loop - Paul Cocksedge Studio / Sino Group

Time Loop, a new art piece, has been unveiled. This stunning artwork was designed by Paul Cocksedge Studio for Sino Group. Time Loop is located at Yue Man Square, the new mall in Kwun Tong that is forms the base of Sino’s Grand Central complex.

Designed as an endless loop, Time Loop is perfect gathering space and allows people to interact with the artwork. Visitors can sit, lay down, chat, or chill on the dynamic wooden curves.

T Galleria by DFS Canton Road - Woods Bagot

Woods Bagot has completed the redesign of the existing T Galleria by DFS branch located on the famous Canton Road in Hong Kong.

By injecting bold colours, key points are introduced for visitors to have certain waypoints. Red escalators, bright banners, muted colours, … a variety of elements to play with in this fascinating photoshoot carried out for Woods Bagot.

Border Crossing Facility - Aedas

Right before the pandemic hit the world, I photographed the Border Crossing Facility in Hong Kong for Aedas.

This newly built facility on a man-made island is the entry/exit point of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau bridge connecting the mentioned cities.

The Border Crossing Facility was jointly designed by Aedas and Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.
