Completed over 10 years ago, and up until now, the Hong Kong Design Institute is still one of the most remarkable buildings in Hong Kong. Built during a time of rapid transformation in the Tiu Keng Leng / Tseung Kwan O New Town, its context is still changing every day.
This new set of photos show its condition at the end of February 2021.
